I have been registered and practicing Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2013 and continue to learn new things every day – mostly from clients and observing people, animals, nature, and the collective consciousness. My practice could be described as generalistic but a passion and area of focus for me is helping people to see through areas of pain and discomfort to past root causes, experiences, and traumas and assisting them in establishing new healthy patterns and emotional resiliency.
When I am not busy in the clinic, I provide acupuncture treatments at addiction centres and speak to groups about acupuncture and wellness, and hold group sessions and collaborations. I strengthen and restore my spirit with dog cuddles and walks, reading, yoga, cruising on my bike, watching movies, and gardening.
